<p>Join David Wisniewski as he MCs the session designed to get users to share tips with each other.&#160; Audience members will be asked to demonstrate uses of Cascade that are&#160;innovative, solved tricky problems, or simply improved their websites.&#160;&#160;Have you made life easier for your content editors?&#160; How about used an XSL to brighten someone&#39;s day?&#160; Found a way to make data definitions solve all your problems?&#160; Has webservices rocked your web world? If you can answer &#39;yes&#39; to any of these questions (or can think of solutions of your own), you need to be at this session. &#160;Many short demonstrations is the goal, so don&#39;t be afraid that you&#39;ll be &quot;on the spot&quot; for long - we want to pack in as many good ideas as we can! <span></span></p>

<h2>About the Speaker:</h2>
<p><span><strong>David Wisniewski</strong></span> is Senior Web Architect at Brandeis University, where he works on large-scale web systems integration and implementation.&#160; His focus includes many systems architecture projects, including: streaming media delivery, server virtualization, disaster recovery, and online communities.&#160;&#160; In 2005, David led the research and selection process that resulted in bringing Hannon Hill&#39;s Cascade Server to Brandeis.&#160;&#160; He is part of the Web and Library Applications Services team, a group which is charged with implementing the CMS for over 300 users and over 275 websites.</p>
<p><span>David&#39;s work has included web development and instructional technology at Bates, Purdue, Harvard, and Brandeis, working at both the departmental and the university level.</span>&#160; David is currently pursuing an advanced degree in anthropology, concentrating on contemporary cultural anthropology and online communities. His limited spare time is divided between research, photography and old home restoration.</p>
