DURHAM - MAY 23, 2002 - Hannon Hill licensed the SuperUpdate technology to GlobalSCAPE, Inc. GlobalSCAPE, a publicly-held Internet software company in San Antonio, TX, will market the software under their own brand with a new name. The software is expected to be released in late Q4 2002.
