Spearheading End-User Documentation: How To Prepare Yourself for End-Users

With the Trident of Truthiness, you can prepare to land the mother fish that is end-user documentation.  This tri-pronged approach will give your users something to truly sink their teeth into.  Also, it just may push your usability rating up the scales.

Project development and deployment cycles will be covered, with an eye towards user acceptance.  Topics will be discussed in threes and put into meaningful context.  Major talking points include documentation concepts, training, site construction and the reasons why projects fail.  While geared towards end-user training for trainers, this presentation should hold value for project managers and upper level management as well.  A handout will be available, prepared with light note-taking in mind.

There will be time at the end of the presentation for Q&A, and the presenter will be available in the evenings to discuss all things Cascade.
