Update on Cascade Server 5.0
We’re proud to report that development of Cascade Server 5.0 is still on track for our late-September release date. Included in this version will be the following features and improvements:
- Smarter database traffic
- More scalable architecture (load balancing and clustering using Apache)
- Reduced memory footprint
- Better stability out of the box (without load balancing)
- More robust copy and deletion (i.e. transaction timeouts)
Along with the new release, we’re continuing to update and upgrade our knowledgebase. We look forward to being able to provide enhanced documentation for Cascade Server 5.0.
To continually improve our product, keeping the lines of communication open is crucial. As always, if you have questions, please contact us.
