New Hannon Hill Wiki

Introducing the Hannon Hill wiki at http://wiki.hannonhill.com!  We are consolidating a number of resources and introducing some additional community features in order to provide our clients with a superior user experience.  Our new wiki will serve as a one stop shop for learning, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Cascade Server.  The wiki will serve a number of different purposes:

• Support - common troubleshooting topics and FAQs
• Knowledgebase - the Cascade 5 knowledgebase will live on the wiki
• Videos - previous videos as well as presentations from the User’s Conference
• Client Collaboration - the place for clients to help each other, discuss topics, and share code

We feel that uniting all of these tools into the wiki will provide a more cohesive and helpful user experience.

In order to focus on the wiki as a single source for Cascade Server-related content, the user forums will be closed to new topics.   The forums will remain read-only, so it will still be a valuable reference, but we believe the wiki will provide a better format for the level of interaction our clients want.  Normal help requests should continue to go through our support JIRA, but the Client Collaboration space in the wiki will be the primary source for user collaboration.
