If running a version of Cascade previous to the 5.x series, we strongly recommend that your organization upgrades your instance.
Because we overhauled and reorganized our knowledge base with the release of the Cascade 5.x series, most of the information in the 5.x Knowledge Base is a more current resource and is still relevant to organizations using versions 4.6-4.9.
However, if you are running a Cascadse Server versions 4.9 or previous, you may also access information relative to your instance using our old knowledge base. Please be aware that because we are only actively supporting instances of Cascade 5.0 and newer, the documentation found on the old knowledge base (4.9 and prior) is no longer being updated:
