Set Start Date Plug-in
This plug-in sets the metadata field "start date" to the current time for newly created assets, with an optional configurable offset.
To activate this plug-in:
- In the Administration area select Asset Factories.
- Select a current asset factory, or create a new one by selecting “New Asset Factory”.
- On the “Plugins” tab, select “File Limit Plugin” from the “Add Plugin” drop down. Click the green plus sign to add the plug-in.
- Optionally, add the following parameters:
Offset– Setting this value will ensure that the new asset's start date will be calculated by adding this offset (in seconds) to the asset's creation time.
