Creating Forms

The CMS makes it easy to manage forms from within the business user interface. We provide an example form builder data definition that can be used to create forms, surveys, and polls along with the necessary scripting language code to process the form on your server.

The steps for using the form builder are as follows:

1. Create a standard page for your site.
2. Select the form builder data definition.
3. Apply the form builder stylesheet to your DEFAULT region.
4. Configure the appropriate scripting code (e.g. PHP, .NET, etc.).
5. Set up an asset factory for users to create new forms.
