Workflow in Cascade Server is often discussed as a highly technical topic. It's true that implementing any kind of mandatory approval process takes a large amount of prior planning, but with the example workflows you'll leave this session with you'll be able to plan and implement workflow for a group of users, a particular kind of page, or a specific folder in your site. We'll be discussing the usefulness and some limitations of workflow, so come prepared with questions about how to implement your organization's approval process. We'll be looking at workflow from an executive, planning perspective and using pre-built examples to avoid the technical details.
