In this session, Christy Allen from The University of Texas at Arlington Library will discuss how they redesigned their website in Cascade Server by sharing responsibilities among groups of stakeholders. This presentation will provide detailed information about working with inter-departmental teams in creating the Cascade Server site, auditing and editing web content, creating new designs, and testing the usability of the site. The presentation will also provide recommendations for trying this team approach at your institution and will outline lessons learned throughout this process.
