Cascade Server now has Unicode support

Cascade Server now features full unicode support allowing content and metadata to be managed in not only Western characters, but also Eastern characters, such as Chinese and Japanese (to name a few). This is important for managing multi-language websites from a single content repository.

Hannon Hill holiday party

Hannon Hill will commemorate the spirit of the season with the annual office holiday party soon. The festivities will take place December 17th, at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant in the heart of Buckhead. We look forward to feasting on great food in the company of our family and friends. On behalf of all the staff at the Hannon Hill Corporation, we would like to extend our warmest holiday wishes to you and yours, and the best for 2004!

Upcoming Cascade Server enhancements

Cascade Server will soon offer more rapid and efficient updating through the employment of faster index blocks. The program will also become more flexible, through greater customization options, in order to optimize the total user experience.

Technology Tip

Did you know you reorder assets in Cascade Server?

Asset reordering is a feature that enables a user to change the location in which an asset is listed in a directory. The reordering feature not only applies to the view in the folder in which it resides, but also to the placement of the asset within the software system, through which the sitemap and other navigation processes are established. Users can easily move assets up and down in a folder, using the up and down arrows in the action column of the folder according to where the asset should be placed.
