Cascade Server 3.0 Released

Version 3.0 of Cascade Server was released this month. Several specific enhancements include:

• New Manager role so that departments can be autonomous with their content and management processes
• New API options to generate additional XML information
• More robust support for RSS and Atom content syndication standards
• Improved integration tool to automatically import content more efficiently

Everyone is encouraged to upgrade to the new release.

TAG Content Management Panel a Success

On Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 7:30 A.M., a panel event was be held in Atlanta, Georgia on integrating enterprise content management with search engine optimization strategies. The event was sponsored by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Special Interest Group (SIG). The event, moderated by David Cummings of Hannon Hill, was a large success with over 75 people in attendance.
