Save The Date! - Cascade Server User's Conference 2009

We're proud to announce that this year's Cascade Server User's Conference is happening on Sunday, Sept. 27-Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center here in Atlanta, GA.  For those of you in attendance last year, you know what an enriching experience it was (and what a beautiful facility the GTHCC is), and for those of you who'll join us for the first time this year, you're in for a treat.

Call For Speakers - Cascade Server User's Conference 2009

We're officially putting out the call for speakers for the 2009 Cascade Server User's Conference.  As a speaker, you'll receive complimentary admission to the 2009 Cascade Server User's Conference; this includes accommodations, access to all conference sessions, scheduled meals, and our open house event.

If you have an idea for a session that you'd like to tell us about, or a unique implementation of Cascade Server that you'd be interested in sharing with others, we'd love to hear from you! Submit a brief proposal, and we'll help you create a session for the 2009 User's Conference.

Is Your CMS Mac-Friendly?

With Apple software and hardware becoming ever more popular in recent years, Mac-compatibility  should be kept in mind when shopping for a CMS.  Since many of Hannon Hill's higher education clients have hundreds of end-users that utilize both Macs and PCs, the ability of Cascade Server to run in a wide variety of server and client environments is a tremendous benefit.  Because of Cascade's Java open architecture and platform independence, it's able to run in a heterogeneous client and server environment, or an all-PC, Linux, or Mac shop, and Cascade is a zero-footprint web application in any environment.
