Conference Videos Are Up

Hannon Hill is proud to announce that all of the videos from the 2010 User Conference are now available on our site!  Videos of the conference sessions are always a big hit since some clients weren’t able to attend, and many who were there were wishing they could be in two sessions at once.  Make sure you check out all the great presentations put on by our customers, partners, and staff.  We know these videos will have you making plans to attend the 2011 conference next Fall!

Group Training Was A Success

We recently completed our first ever group training, and we’re happy to say that it was a huge success.  Not only did it sell out, but there were people still wanting to sign up well after all the seats had been filled.  The question we’ve been getting now is, will there be another group training?  If we continue to get demand for it, we will definitely be putting it on again!  If you think you might be interested in a group training setting at a great price, view the schedule of our last training and let us know you’re interested by completing our training form.

Cascade Engineering Update

As always, our developers have been hard at work, and we wanted to give you an update on what they’ve been working on.  In keeping with our goal of putting out regular patch releases, Cascade Server 6.7.4 was recently released as the latest stable release for the 6.x series.  The developers are also continuing to work on the upcoming feature release 6.8, which is slated to go into beta within the next month.  We don’t want to give too much away before the official release, but a couple of the new features you can look forward to are a native image editing tool as well as a new connector to Google Analytics that will allow you to view Analytics data in the context of your content itself.  We will again be hosting a sandbox of the beta once it’s released, and we hope all of our customers will get an account and let us know what they think!

Transitioning To A New Design

Many of our customers have been maintaining their website in Cascade Server for a number of years now, so we are seeing more and more organizations who are going through the process of re-designing their website.  Services Manager Kat Liendgens has some tips that can help minimize manual migration and reduce project risks.
