Hannon Hill Releases Cascade Server 6.10
This month Hannon Hill released Cascade Server 6.10, the latest feature release of its flagship WCM product. The release is loaded with exciting new functionality, some of which was pulled directly from our Idea Exchange. To learn more about Cascade Server 6.10, read an overview of the release from VP of Engineering Bradley Wagner or watch the recent 6.10 features webinar presented by Services Trainer Charlie Holder.
Comparing Velocity and XSLT
One of Cascade Server’s key differentiators from its competition is that it supports both Velocity and XSLT. However, more choices can often mean more questions, so Hannon Hill Project Analyst Rahul Bhagnari authored a comparison of the benefits of each language. For a more in-depth view into the debate, you can view Cascade Developer Brent Arrington’s 2010 User Conference presentation on this very same topic. Options are always a good thing, so we hope you’ll also check out our Script Formats webinar on the Velocity functionality available as of Cascade Server 6.10.
Don't Forget To Vote For The Cassies
The User Conference is only a few weeks away, and this year’s event will feature the first ever Cassie awards for Cascade Server customers and staffers. We appreciate your taking the time to submit nominations for the awards, and hope you will take a few minutes to vote even if you are unable to attend the conference in person. View our blog entry for a full list of nominees and a link to the voting form. Thanks for helping us acknowledge our outstanding customers and Hannon Hill team members!
