Hosting Pricing for Existing Customers

For existing customers with an installed license, converting to a hosted license is easy! You will get all the same benefits of your installed license, plus the added peace of mind, knowing that Hannon Hill's staff will take care of daily database backups, Cascade upgrades--on your timeline, and operating system updates. Additionally, hosting your instance of Cascade Server with Hannon Hill has the advantage of expediting your support requests.

Hosting

The price for existing customers using an Installed License to convert to a Hosted License is your annual M&S plus $1,000/10GB database/month. For existing customers, additional database needs will be billed as follows, based on usage:

  • $1000/mo - up to 10GB
  • $1650/mo - 10 to 20GB
  • $2300/mo - 20 to 30GB

Migration

For existing customers switching to hosting, there is a one-time fee to migrate your data. We only do hosting with MySQL databases. For those customers currently using Oracle or SQL Server, we can convert your database to MySQL for an increase migration fee:

  • $1500 - migrating from SQL Server or Oracle to our MySQL hosted environment
  • $750 - migrating existing MySQL customers to our hosted environment

Promotional Discount

For 2012, we are offering existing clients a discount of 25% off of your first year of hosting. This discount does not apply to the one-time migration fee.
