Training

Comprehensive training programs are available for both technical users and end users of the system.

Cascade Bootcamp

This two day hands-on training covers everything you need to know to integrate your sites into Cascade Server and provide system administration.

The number of participants in these trainings does not affect the price. However, we recommend keeping the number of attendees to less than 15 to ensure the best possible interaction with the trainer.

Target audience: Anybody who will be Cascade Administrators or responsible for integrating and maintaining sites in Cascade Server. Please note that the bootcamp is not intended for end users.

Mini Training

As part of our ongoing effort to improve client satisfaction, Hannon Hill is proud to offer our clients an additional training option. Cascade Server customers now have the ability to engage in a small, online training session designed to cover a specific portion of our two-day training agenda in detail. The sessions will occupy two hours where advanced topics such as workflow, web services, velocity or XSLT formats could be covered.

These interactive Mini Training sessions are scheduled on a per-organization basis, and will allow for up to eight individuals to interact with the instructor and ask questions that will help tailor our predefined training material to their particular organization's needs.

Custom Technical Training

If you have specific topics (or a combination of topics) on which you would like to get trained, such as Workflow, Velocity, or Web Services, we offer training sessions customized to your needs. Depending on the depth of the topic that you would like us to cover, the training session may be between 2 and 8 hours. The training will be provided via a screen-sharing session, and will also be recorded for your convenience.

End User Training

While most of our customers are very comfortable handling end user training in-house, we do offer customized end user training, which includes hands-on experience on your specific site or sites. We develop a custom curriculum based on your integration.

Format: If you expect the training to take more than one day, we will be happy to come on-site. Otherwise, we host the training via a screen-sharing session. We also record each session and make the videos available to you afterwards.
