End User Support Rep


Hannon Hill is currently looking for a dedicated End-User Support Rep. The position can be part-time Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm ET or full-time if we find the right person who we believe can grow the role. This position is completely customer facing so maintaining specific hours will be required. You will be the representative for Hannon Hill and our flagship software, Cascade CMS. Training for this position will be provided for our software. We are looking for a candidate who shows an eagerness to adopt new technology and enjoys sharing his or her knowledge with others.

Responsibilities

  • Have fun and be passionate about your work
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Dedicate time fielding and answering questions for new and infrequent users via email, phone and chat
  • Facilitate onboarding of new users through mini-webinars and trainings
  • Update, maintain, and make recommendations for documentation improvements as needed
  • Provide technical consulting to clients

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Excellent customer communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and autonomously
  • Experience with content management systems is a plus
  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
