Professional Services Manager

Hannon Hill is currently hiring for a Services Manager. The primary function is to manage a team of developers and a project coordinator on our Professional Services team. Projects include the integration of client websites into our content management system, Cascade CMS, as well as design, training, and consulting. Additional responsibilities include providing technical consulting, requirements gathering, revenue tracking and recognition, QA, and writing technical documentation. Occasional development might also be expected. The ideal applicant will have prior experience in web development and team management.


  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Develop strategic initiatives in order to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and professional development and engagement of team members
  • Manage and mentor team members, including developers, project manager, and future hires
  • Manage Services projects, including creating and maintaining project plans and communicating with clients
  • Conduct project update meetings and handover demos
  • Create collateral and conduct webinars in order to promote Services offerings
  • Meet with prospects and customers to discuss potential implementations and showcase previous projects
  • Participate in manager meetings
  • Represent Hannon Hill at industry conferences
  • Present thought leadership sessions at industry conferences


  • BA/BS/MS degree
  • Must have experience managing technical team in an agile environment
  • Excellent customer communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Superb time management skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML preferred
  • Lifelong learner
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and research skills
