The Hannon Hill Support Team may ask you to generate a HAR file as part of a support investigation. The steps below are for Firefox, but they're very similar in other browsers.

1. Navigate to the area of the CMS where the problem is occurring.
1. Open the Firefox Application Menu at the top right of the browser.
1. Click **More Tools → Web Developer Tools**. You can also right-click anywhere in the page and click **Inspect**.
1. Once the developer tools appear, switch to the **Network** tab.
1. Click the **Clear** icon (the trash can) to remove any requests currently listed.
1. Perform the action in the CMS that causes the problem.
1. Right-click anywhere in the Network area and select **Save all as HAR**.
1. Give the file a name that makes sense and save it.

> **Redact before sharing**
>
> HAR files may contain sensitive data, including passwords and keys. Before sending one to anyone, open it in a text editor, review the contents for sensitive information, remove or redact what you find, and save.
