Content Tips are a new feature designed to offer real-time SEO guidance as you edit assets with [visible metadata fields](https://www.hannonhill.com/cascadecms/latest/articles/design-in-cascade/metadata-sets/metadata-fields.html), including Titles and Descriptions.

Content Tips include:

- **Character Length Guidance**: Suggestions to help you keep metadata within optimal character limits for better SEO.
- **Duplicate Field Values**: Identify assets that share the same metadata values to avoid SEO conflicts. (Note: Duplicate field values are based on the actual field values and do not account for dynamic values generated by Formats during rendering.)

## Opting in/out

Content Tips can be enabled for users across all Sites via a [System Preference](https://www.hannonhill.com/cascadecms/latest/articles/cascade-administration/system-preferences.html#content) under the **Content** tab. This preference is enabled by default. Opting out of the System Preference allows the ability to opt into the feature on a per-[Site](https://www.hannonhill.com/cascadecms/latest/articles/cascade-administration/sites/index.html) basis for users who have access to that Site.
