1. Highlight the link, or place your cursor somewhere in the link text.
1. Click the **Insert/edit link** icon. You can also right-click the link and select **Link**.
1. In the **Styling** field, select one of the listed styles.
1. Click **Ok**.

## Adding a class to an image

1. Click the **Insert/edit image** icon. You can also right-click the image and select **Image**.
1. In the **Styling** field, select the style you want to apply.
1. Click **Ok**.

## Adding a class to a figure

The **Styling** field applies to the image itself. To reach the surrounding `<figure>`, click the image, then find the element path in the status bar just below the editor — it reads **figure » img**. Click **figure**, then use **Format → Formats → Custom** to apply a class to that element.

If no class names appear in that menu, first confirm you selected **figure** in the element path. If there are still no options, ask your administrator whether the [WYSIWYG Editor Configuration](https://www.hannonhill.com/cascadecms/latest/articles/content-authoring/wysiwyg-editor-configurations/index.html) allows classes on figure elements.

> The [WYSIWYG Editor Configuration](https://www.hannonhill.com/cascadecms/latest/articles/content-authoring/wysiwyg-editor-configurations/index.html) in use has no CSS classes set in its **CSS classes to add** field. Reach out to your CMS or Site Administrator to have those options made available.
