> Advances a workflow to the step specified by the next parameter, if previous step was executed by a specified user.

## Overview

This workflow trigger is an example of a conditional workflow trigger. It examines the step that just occurred, and if it was done by the specified username, it advances the workflow to the step specified by the second parameter instead of the standard workflow step progression path.
