Cascade Cloud Customers

If you are a Cascade Cloud client, simply send an email to support@hannonhill.com to request an upgrade of your instance. From that point, we’ll work with you to schedule a good time to perform the upgrade.

Cascade Installed Customers

If your organization hosts Cascade CMS on-premises, you can find steps for upgrading your instance on our Release Notes site (see the Upgrade Guide that corresponds to the version to which you intend to upgrade). Any questions or problems related to an upgrade? Send an email to us at support@hannonhill.com.

If you are interested in converting your instance to Cascade Cloud, send an email to support@hannonhill.com that includes your current Cascade CMS version along with your database vendor and version. We’ll provide you with more details on the steps required along with cost depending on your organization’s needs.
