Exporting Leads

Spectate allows users to export Lead data to a CSV file (comma-delimited values) so that it may be imported into an external system or used to generate a spreadsheet.

To Export Leads:

  1. Go to Track > Leads.
  2. Click the Export to CSV icon (page with paper clip) to the upper right of the Leads data table.

Exported Lead Columns

The CSV includes the following data for Leads:

  • Id - Unique identifier of the lead. Can be used to read or update the Lead using our REST API.
  • Campaign - The Campaign in which the Lead originated - e.g. Social Media, Website.
  • Salutation - Salutation for the Lead - e.g. Mr., Ms., Mrs.
  • First Name - First name of the Lead
  • Last Name - Last name of the Lead
  • Email - Email address of the Lead
  • Password -
  • Company - Company that the Lead belongs to. Would be filled in by the Lead themselves in a form.
  • Website - The website of the organization that the Lead works for.
  • Job Title - The job title of the Lead.
  • Department - The organizational department that the Lead works in (Support, Marketing, IT, Sales, Operations, etc.).
  • Country - The country that Lead works in.
  • Address One - The primary address of the Lead.
  • Address Two - The secondary address of the Lead.
  • City - The city that Lead works in.
  • State - The state that Lead works in.
  • Territory - The territory that Lead is responsible for.
  • Zip - The zip code in which that Lead works.
  • Phone - The Lead's phone number.
  • Fax - The Lead's fax number.
  • Source - The traffic source from which the Lead found the user's website via (Direct Traffic, Organic Search, Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Search, etc.).
  • Annual Revenue - The annual revenue of Lead's company/organization.
  • Employees - The number of employees that work for the Lead's company/organization.
  • Industry - The industry that the Lead works in.
  • Years In Business - The number of years that the Lead's organization has been in business.
  • Comments - Additional comments offered by the Lead.
  • Notes - Additional notes offered by the Lead.
  • Score - The numeric score associated with the Lead that the user sets up.
  • Grade - The letter grade associated with the Lead.
  • Last Activity At - The last time the lead was tracked by Spectate.
