Everywhere around the country, web teams are working to improve accessibility and user experience. This is especially true at colleges and universities receiving federal funds. Although many have made great strides in improving their websites, others are just beginning to implement processes and tools to help them manage site accessibility.

To conclude our Understanding Accessibility blog series we are highlighting organizations that have reduced the number accessibility issues on their websites. We recognize that ensuring site accessibility is an ongoing initiative and many of the sites listed have room for improvement. That said, it’s useful to acknowledge sites that have made notable progress in improving accessibility.
