How do I reset my password?
To change your password in the CMS ("Normal" users only):
- Click the User Menu (your avatar) at the top right of the screen.
- In the dropdown, select Settings.
- Under the Change Password section, enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click Submit.
Not seeing this option?
If you don't see these settings, that indicates that your account utilizes LDAP/Active Directory authentication or Single Sign-on. In this case, you must reach out to your CMS Administrator for assistance as your password will need to be reset externally in those systems.
