Receiving Workflow Notifications

Types of Notifications

Users may be notified of waiting workflows by email or the My Content dashboard widget.

Via Email

A workflow email trigger can be used to automatically email the next user or group in the workflow process with a message that includes a history of all prior steps in the workflow, as well as action links specific to the user receiving the email.

Via My Content 

The My Content screen or dashboard widget will display any waiting workflows. Workflows are automatically removed from My Content once they are advanced and/or reassigned.
