What do you do for Hannon Hill?

I run the team and department responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of all the products and services they subscribe to. My team acts as our customer liaison between Hannon Hill's Support, Professional Services, and Products teams. We help advise our customers and point them in the right direction when they have questions about Cascade CMS or Clive.

Why do you work at Hannon Hill?

Hands down, the people. You'll hear that a lot! Culture is very important to us here at Hannon Hill, and leadership focuses on hiring honest, motivated, and kind individuals. Our sales reps are always really helpful in trying to educate prospective customers. Our professional services team is incredibly qualified. I may be a little biased because I work here, but I have experience with seven content management systems, and Cascade CMS is the best one for the audiences we serve.

Problem-solving, CMS-related advice and consulting, explaining technical things to non-technical audiences.

Best advice you've ever received:

Don't worry about the things you can't control.

What do you do for fun?

Triathlon, swimming, biking, running, marathons, a few different collections, season tickets to The Fox Theatre, season tickets to the Atlanta Roller Derby, board games, playing music.

If you didn't work in technology, what would you be doing?

Actor or pilot probably. Though, I've always wanted to be a corporate gentleman thief. To sneak in somewhere and steal things as part of a hired audit or test. A paid actor for good.
