Accessibility Report

The site Accessibility Report allows you to monitor and review WCAG 2.0 Level A - AAA accessibility issues across an entire site, based on a weekly report of content rendered within Cascade CMS.

Active Users Report

The Active Users report provides a list of users logged into the system.

Assign Step If User Trigger

Advances a workflow to the step specified by the next parameter, if previous step was executed by a specified user.

Assign To Content Owner of Asset Trigger

Assigns the following step to the content owner of the asset in workflow.

Assigning Workflows

In Cascade CMS, workflows can either be used as part of an Asset Factory for the creation of new content, or assigned to a folder to control actions taken on contained content.

Background Tasks

The Background Tasks report provides a list of completed and running tasks in the system.

Broken Links Report

Enable, read, filter, and export the Broken Links Report in Cascade CMS, and work through the results to fix broken links in your site.

Content Inventory Report

The Content Inventory Report provides users with a comprehensive overview of their site's assets, allowing for filtering by various criteria such as asset types, publish status, and owners. Users can assign content ownership, identify stale content, and send notifications for assets that require review. Additionally, users can schedule review dates and export report results as a CSV file for further analysis.

The Content Ownership report displays assets owned by users in the system.

The Review Date metadata field helps you to keep your content up to date by allowing you to schedule reviews for assets.

The Content Reviews report provides a list of assets that have upcoming or past-due review dates.

Copy Folder Trigger

Copies the parent folder of the asset in workflow into a designated location.

Create New Workflow Trigger

This trigger starts new workflows for analogous assets to support translation capabilities or cross-site content synchronization.

Custom Workflow Emails

Custom Workflow Emails allow you to personalize your workflow notification and completion emails. A WYSIWYG editor plus dropdowns to insert placeholders for workflow details makes it simple to build templates for informative and actionable emails.

Delete Parent Folder Trigger

This trigger deletes the parent folder of the asset in workflow as well as all contents of that folder.

This trigger deletes the asset in the workflow.

How do I delete a Workflow?

Click Delete Workflow from the workflow itself — and where to look if you can't find the workflow.

How do I restore something I deleted from the trash / recycle bin?

Select the items in the Trash above the folder tree and click Restore. Access requires one of two Site Role abilities.

Merge Trigger

Merges any changes into the system repository.

Preserve Current User Trigger

Publish Containing Publish Set Trigger

This trigger is used to publish out publish sets that the asset in workflow is a member of.

Publish Parent Folder Trigger
