Hannon Hill is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coaching our sales team, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive and documented sales strategy and business plan for Hannon Hill’s products and services, which will include sales, revenue and expenses
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities
  • Set sales targets for each member of the sales team, and ensuring that those goals are met by fostering a culture of accountability
  • Prepare sales budgets and projections, approve expenditures, and develop commission models
  • Identify markets for opportunities in new verticals
  • Make data-driven decisions in order to accelerate performance and optimize resource allocation
  • Provide ongoing training to sales representatives and solution engineers
  • Report on sales results to both the leadership team and the company as a whole
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation
  • Develop a strong sales team through extensive coaching, collaboration, motivation, and product knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go to market strategies for new products
  • Represent Hannon Hill at industry events
  • Participate in meetings with prospects
  • Develop profiles of ideal customers and how those customers relate to and interact with Hannon Hill’s products
  • Lead responses to Requests for Proposals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proven track record of developing, documenting, and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Minimum of five years experience managing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
