POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and integrate client websites into our content management system, Cascade CMS.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contribute to an agile development team
- Integrate client web sites into Cascade CMS
- Provide technical consulting to clients
- Implement custom functionality for client integrations
- Troubleshoot web integration issues
- Implement on-the-spot technical solutions for clients when timely, possible, and appropriate
- Work with the Services team to increase depth of organizational knowledge and improve customer service
- Respond to questions and issues on the support forum
- Create blog posts for the company website
- Contribute to product road map
- Contribute to product knowledge base site
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
- BA/BS/MS degree
- 1-3 years of experience in web development
- Web design experience preferred
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML skills required
- Excellent customer communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Experience in XLST and XPath preferred
- Knowledge of PHP and/or Java preferred
- Experience in JQuery, AJAX, and Web Services considered a plus
- Experience with MySQL databases is considered a plus
- Initiative and the ability to work efficiently with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal ability to work with clients to teach complex concepts and answer in-depth technical questions

This job operates in a casual, but professional office environment. This position frequently utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and scanners.
