Where can I find publish notifications?

For publish jobs you initiated

  1. Click your user profile picture or letter in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Notifications.

The subject line of a publish notification looks like this:

Publish of <asset> "<asset-name>" completed (# issue(s))

For scheduled publish jobs

For Publish Sets or Destinations:

  1. Navigate to the Publish Set or Destination.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click the Scheduled Publishing tab.
  4. Scroll to the Notifications section.

Viewing scheduled publish notifications requires access to the job in question plus the ability to assume user identities. Without those, ask your CMS administrator to retrieve the notification or grant you the abilities.
