Digital spaces were not a priority at the University of Missouri-St Louis for many years. The website was managed by over 400 people across 300 separate sites with little administrative or campus buy-in for a central digital strategy.

How did the UMSL team shift to a more centralized model? How did they determine priorities when so much needed to be done? How did the team communicate strategy and the reasons for change? Join Jenny and Tim to find out!
