That is why, as of the summer of 2026, Hannon Hill is proud to announce the launch of Cascade Office Hours, a FREE online monthly initiative that provides current Cascade CMS and Clive customers direct access to Hannon Hill experts who can answer questions, big and small, about Cascade CMS and Clive.
The purpose of Cascade Office Hours is to allow a no-pressure, forum-style space for discussion to get your questions answered related to Cascade CMS, Clive, and other Hannon Hill products. Whether your question is related to specific features, best practices, or general troubleshooting tips, we’re here to help you.
We encourage you to take advantage of this space once a month to increase your team’s understanding of how to best utilize Cascade CMS and Clive features. Discussions will take place on Zoom (no cameras necessary), where you and other Cascade CMS and Clive enthusiasts can ask questions and learn from the experts, and each other.
Be sure to fill out the initial short form to give our experts as much context as possible to prepare for your questions.

The first scheduled Cascade Office Hours will take place on September 10, 2026, from 1 PM (ET) to 2 PM. Cascade Office Hours typically occur on the 2nd Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted or if it falls on a federal holiday.
