File

A file is defined by the following WSDL:

A file contains all the properties any publishable asset would contain and in addition provides a choice for the data that the file will hold: text or data. Only one of these may be specified at a time. For specifying plaintext (ASCII) file data, use the "text" property. To specify binary content of a file (e.g. an image), specify the content in the "data" property using base64 encoding.
