Access Rights Operations

Reading Access Rights is fairly straightforward and requires only an authentication
type and an identifier type. For more information on these types see the section
on reading assets.

 The operation to edit access rights is described as follows:

Of these sub-types acl-entries and all-level are new, while identifier takes the usual form. aclEntries is simply a sequence of type aclEntry which is defined as:
