Via Email

One of the most common ways to be notified of a workflow is via email. The CMS has a built-in email notification trigger, as a part of the workflow system, that can be used to automatically email the next user or group in the workflow process. This email has a detailed history of everything that has gone on to date in the workflow as well as action links personalized to the user receiving the email.
